Together, these five annual district events form a leadership pathway that supports Rotarians as they grow in confidence, capability, and impact—from engaged member, to effective club leader, to influential contributor within the broader Rotary organization. By participating consistently, members gain the perspective, relationships, and skills needed to lead vibrant clubs, advance Rotary’s mission, and shape the future of service in our communities and beyond.
Mid-Year Review Academy
A strategic alignment and goal-setting forum that helps clubs assess progress, recalibrate priorities, and strengthen leadership practices midway through the Rotary year. It focuses on practical evaluation, shared best practices, and preparing current and incoming leaders for a strong second half.
Post PELs Workshop
A transition-focused working session that helps President Elects convert PELs learning into clear, actionable plans before taking office. It emphasizes clarification, confidence-building, and strengthening the working relationship between President Elects and Area Governors.
Leadership Academy
The district’s flagship leadership experience, centered on inspiring and equipping leaders to build vibrant, engaged Rotary clubs. It blends high-level leadership thinking with emerging tools and ideas that elevate member engagement, innovation, and service impact.
Membership / Foundation Academy
A targeted development event focused on sustainable club growth and the Rotary Foundation as core pillars of Rotary success. It equips club leaders with practical insight into attracting, engaging, and retaining members while deepening understanding of how the Foundation drives Rotary’s mission locally and globally.
Annual Foundation Dinner
A celebratory and inspirational evening that recognizes the collective impact of Rotarians through service and Foundation giving. It reinforces Rotary’s humanitarian mission by connecting members emotionally to the real-world outcomes of their generosity and commitment.
